Please answer the questions below so that we can collate data regarding the issue of QMs causing iCu2 to freeze.. 1: What Windows Operating system are you using (ie, Windows XP, Vista or 7) A: 2: What is your UserID on iCU2 (located in Settings | Options | User Info) A: 3: What are the results when you run the Automatic Bandwidth Test in Settings | Options | Modem ? A: 4: Is your computer connected wirelessly ? A: 5: Which Lobby/Room are you in when you have problems with sending QMs ? A: 6: If you go to a different Lobby/Room do you still have problems ? A: 7: Do you have problems QMing just one person, if so, what is their User ID (you can find this by right clicking their name in the User List and selecting "User Details". If it happens with more than one person, answer "More than one" A: 7a: When it "hangs", what does the little status bar on the bottom of the QM say? ("Connecting...", "Sending...", etc.) A: 7b: Does it "hang" when you send a text only QM? Or just when you send a QM with a pic or video. A: 8: What personal firewall products (if any) do you use? A: 8a: If you don't use any 3rd party firewall product, do you have the windows firewall enabled? A: 9: What anti-virus software do you use (if any)?
