+ Added: implemented callback display for ui-version-block display.
+ Fixed FS#980 - double click on lobby category via side bar
+ Install now prompts user if iCU2 is still running.

+ Fixed: A Pal going offline no longer auto-expands the offline list.

+ Fixed FS#822 - mousewheel never takes you to the top of the server list
+ Changed: View->Use Live User List menu shortcut changed to Ctrl+L

+ Callback now outputs Debug info for ui-trial-block, ui-regcode-block, ui-global-block (non-verbose)

+ ServerDropDownList and Sidebar list now use the following method:
  Expand the Category the current selected server is in AND the user created categories.
  This way keeps the Gay or Adult category collapsed if you were not in one of those lobbies,
  but would still let you see ALL the user created categories outside of Gay and Adult
  without having to expand them.

+ View -> Large Current Speaker menu was not unchecked when selecting "Use Small current speaker" button in current speaker panel.
+ Changed user list back to the original sucky images
+ Changed FS#985 - INACTIVITY indicator not initialized on initial dir load (cached users now marked as active)
+ Fixed: Chat area did not remember its size between sessions. (Needed to be set after window create, not during)
+ Fixed: User List did not accurately show the users Audio/Video capability.
+ Fixed FS#989 - Activity Timeout too low?

+ Fixed FS#986 - call screening ok button isn't clickable
+ Fixed User and Profile count was inaccurate when not showing cached users (always showed cached count)
+ Fixed FS#985 - INACTIVITY indicator not initialized on initial dir load
+ Fixed FS#902 - Multi-send list is blank if you have no pals

+ Changed User List:
 + Registered users no longer bold.
 + New status images for sound, video, and profile (undone in build 945)
+ Changed App icon to the new icon. This might not take effect right away on your desktop, might have to reboot before it does.
